Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During this time, we check the order information, prepare your package, and schedule pickup with our shipping partner. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details when available.
Order Cut-Off and Business Days
Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday are typically handled the same business day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO locations is not available unless shown at checkout.
Estimated Transit Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within about 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on carrier availability, local conditions, weather, and distance. Tracking information will help you monitor the shipment.
Shipping Fees
Our standard shipping fee is $9.99 for orders below $60. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, an expedited fee of $14.99 will apply. Any available shipping options and final costs are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Once your package leaves our facility, we will email your tracking number. You can follow the progress directly on the carrier’s website. If tracking appears delayed or inactive, feel free to contact us for support.
Packaging and Handling
Bedding products are packaged with protective materials suitable for fabric items to reduce the chance of damage. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos before discarding anything.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact LUOMOHOME promptly with your order number and photos when possible. We will work with the carrier and assist in arranging a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If an address change is needed, contact us immediately. We will try to update the information before the package is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
