  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale," customized goods, or items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email service@luomohome.store with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Wait for our support team to review your request. We will provide detailed instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.

  4. Liability: You are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. LUOMOHOME is not responsible for lost packages in transit for returns initiated by customer preference.

Refund & Exchange Process

  • No Handling Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items (usually within 3–7 business days).

  • Refunds:

    • Processing Time: Once approved, we will process your refund within 5 days.

    • Credit: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing speed.

  • Exchanges: If you choose an exchange, we will process the replacement upon receipt and verification of the original item. If there is a price difference, we will invoice or refund you accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at service@luomohome.store immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package may incur additional return shipping and re-delivery fees. These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
