At LUOMOHOME, we aim to make returns and refunds clear and fair. This policy explains the steps for requesting returns or exchanges, how returned items are evaluated, who pays shipping, and the approximate timing for refunds or replacements.

Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. To qualify, items should be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with any tags, accessories, or documentation included. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

Condition and Inspection
All returned items are inspected when they arrive at our facility. Items showing signs of wear, stains, improper use, missing components, or deliberate damage may be deemed ineligible. If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description, LUOMOHOME will work to provide a replacement or process a refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email our support team at service@luomohome.store with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will reply with step-by-step instructions, including the correct return address and any specific packaging guidance. Do not ship items back without an approved return request, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, wrong item shipped or a product damaged in transit), LUOMOHOME will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For returns based on change of mind, sizing, or preference, customers are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the return is complete.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing on our side typically occurs within 3–7 business days after inspection; the time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and approved. If the replacement item is more expensive or less expensive, LUOMOHOME will charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly. Customers are encouraged to confirm stock availability before requesting an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, contact service@luomohome.store as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund. No extra charges apply for validated defective items.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products that have been used, washed, or altered; items returned without original packaging or essential accessories; and products expressly marked as non-returnable or “Final Sale” on the product page. Please check the product listing before purchasing.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments
Packages returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to pick up may incur additional fees for re-delivery or return shipping. These fees will be billed to the customer prior to refunding the order amount.

Responsibility During Return Transit
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items and for choosing a reliable shipping method. LUOMOHOME recommends tracking and insurance for higher-value returns. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit if they were shipped without tracking.

Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and the business, LUOMOHOME may request supporting evidence such as photos of the item, packaging, or shipment receipts. Returns that conflict with inspection findings or appear fraudulent may be denied.
